The Printemps de Septembre in Toulouse, the Printemps de la Photographie, the Printemps de Cahors…, the festival founded in 1991 by Mathé Perrin has had several names and several lives while retaining the desire to support artists, to encourage the most audacious, to promote the encounter between the works and a wide audience and to be an echo chamber for the questions of its time.
